In the style of Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia, there is an online encyclopedia for romance fiction—RomanceWiki. I thought it was interesting and maybe you will, too. Authors can create an account, build an author page, and update their information as needed. Individual book pages can be created, too. It could be another cog in the marketing machine.

Great info for romance authors.

What do you think of this, Ella? I’m always leery of Wikipedia, so is this info reliable? Or at least as reliable as any other content on the web.
See Jen’s comment above. In general, I’ve found Wikipedia pretty reliable. I do look to see if it’s properly footnoted.

It’s the authors that add their pages and makes the updates. So I would imagine it’s as reliable as any other content on the web. I also would think it’s up to the authors to keep it up to date, as well.
Jen, thanks for commenting.
Thanks for the reblog!
You’re welcomed. I can’t wait for my book to go on pre-order so I can do all this stuff.
