Good morning and welcome to Eight Sentence Sunday. Today I continue with The Secret Life of Miss Anna Marsh, the second book in The Marriage Game. If you came by last Sunday, you’ll know the snippet ended with Anna hoping their lives were not about to become more complicated. We continue from there.
Also don’t forget to stop by the other wonderful and talented authors participating in Weekend Warriors Eight Sentence Sunday. http://www.wewriwa.com/
“What do you think that other man wants?” Lizzy asked.
“I don’t know.” Anna shook her head. “But I have a feeling whatever it is will do us no good. I’m going to Mamma and try to talk her around. I do wish she and Papa could settle their differences.”
Lizzy nodded. “It does make things a bit more difficult.”
I love it when the parents are having their own difficulties. Great excerpt.
Thank you, Heather. I’m glad you stopped by.

She’s got problems on so many fronts. I hope she gets them under control. Anna seems too competent to let chaos reign for long. Tweeted!
Thank, Jenna. Her problems haven’t even begun to start!
